Welcome! I am Yanlei He, a first-year Ph.D. student in Quantitative Marketing at the  SC Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University.


My research interests focus on uncovering complex user-creator-platform interactions in digital markets, such as live-streaming commerce and social media advertising. Methodologically, I use causal inference, structural estimation, Bayesian modeling, ML, DL, and generative AI tools.

 

Prior to Cornell, I earned master's and bachelor's degrees from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. I've served for two years as a full-time research assistant in the Marketing Department at the National University of Singapore (NUS) .
